Was pretty good I like the colour choices and the job done, they cleaned my feet well
Just left feeling really disappointed, I showed a reference photo that I had previously used at that salon to get the same set done and this time it was not even close to what I’d asked for (the only difference is this time my nails are shorter). When I told the tech I was unsatisfied she tried to convince me that it looks like the photo and that I’d asked for this, and that my nail length was the main issue. The colour, shape and shimmer are completely off. She tried to tell me AT THE END of the manicure that they didn’t have the products in the salon to achieve the inspo look, even though I had already had previously achieved it there before. She did not offer to fix it, did not offer even a discount.
⸻ I need to correct several inaccuracies in your response. I paid $100 and asked only for basic services, not complex or custom nail art. Despite this, minimum standards were not met. For example, my toenails were left in different shapes — one round, the other square. This is not a matter of taste or “artistic complexity,” but basic nail care. I also had a pedicure done at the same time, which was completely ignored in your response. The photos clearly show unfinished and inconsistent work. In fact, I was left during the service and had to fix my nails myself, which is unacceptable for a paid appointment. Regarding the design: it was simple glitter with a gold tone and one small stone on one nail. I was told the stone was unavailable, even though it was visibly present in the salon. That is not honesty — it is poor communication at best. At no point was I rude. I simply expected the service I paid for. Being dismissive, not delivering basic care, and then publicly shifting blame onto the client is deeply unprofessional. Based on this experience, I am confident I will find a better salon elsewhere. I would also advise other potential clients to be cautious, as the quality of service and accountability here no longer reflect what a professional nail spa should offer.
